- Participation in the event and provision of personal information are entirely voluntary. Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information. Due to limited resources, we may not be able to provide services to those who do not provide complete personal information.
- For event preparation and operations, we may share collected personal information with third parties when necessary, such as banks, payment platforms, postal services, and co-organising institutions.
- By agreeing to participate in the event, participants consent to providing their personal information and allowing us to use it for the purposes stated above.
- We will not provide collected personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
- Personal information you submit to us electronically will be securely stored in encrypted folders.

We are equally committed to ensuring that all our staff uphold these responsibilities.
- Personal information collected through this website and event application forms will only be used for event preparation, operations, and post-event administration.
- We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary and restrict access to relevant staff on a need-to-know basis. We will encrypt personal information when necessary.
- We will disclose personal information to third parties such as credit card companies, banks, payment platforms, and postal services for payment transactions and logistics purposes.
- We will share information about visitors, exhibitors, and registered groups with certain co-organising institutions to provide member discounts and support their promotional activities for members. The privacy policy statements of co-organising institutions can be viewed on their respective websites.
- We will not provide your personal information to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your consent.
- Personal information collected will be retained for a maximum of one year after the event, after which it will be destroyed.
- To access or amend the personal information you have provided to us, or to enquire about how your information is used, please contact our event organising committee at hkoriginalonly@gmail.com. Applicants must provide valid identification documents and sign a data access request form to demonstrate that you are properly authorised and entitled to make such a request. We reserve the right to charge applicants a reasonable fee based on the costs incurred for each enquiry.
