攤費：$120／每個申請（包含 一個入場名額）
攤位大小：
8×8格 （=256px × 256px）
每攤位可申請多於一個單元，最大面積為 2 × 2 個單元。
＊Panana會員可享$10攤費折扣優惠，優惠限扣一次。
第二輪截止報名：12月17日晚上11點59分
＊成功獲選人士將於12月20日或之前收到通知，確認攤位及付款之具體詳情。

Table Fee: HKD 120 per application (includes ONE entry ticket)
Unit Size: 8 × 8 tiles (= 256px × 256px)
Each table may consist of multiple units, up to a maximum of 2 × 2 units.
*Panana members receive a HKD 10 discount on table fees (discount applies once per application).

*Successful applicants will be notified on or before 20 December 2022 with table confirmation and payment details.

線上活動細則
- 活動平台目前已測試可經Windows、Macos、IOS、Andriod系統登入,瀏覽器則以Chrome及Firefox兩者較為穩定
- 可參考GatherTown攤主使用指引
- 主辦團隊將提供兩款基本攤位設置，未能在限期內繳交自家設計的攤位將隨機採用
- 攤主亦可自行設計及佈置線上攤位，但嚴禁使用未經許可之版權圖像。
- 為確保攤位貼合活動主題及鼓勵出版，本活動一貫採用篩選形式，並非先到先得，敬請留意。
- 禁止展示及售賣二次創作作品，如發現不合適的內容主辦有權要求移除，請知悉。
- 攤位中可以連結第三方網站供讀者瀏覽內容及付款；如內容涉及18禁題材，該攤位及網站擁有者有責任向讀者作出警示以及在交易過程中確認年齡。
- 各攤位與客人之間進行的所有金錢交易均屬攤主與客人的私事，主辦方不負任何責任。
- 除活動正式開放時間外，不可對會場內展示的攤位或avatar截圖或於網上發布。（攤主截圖及宣傳自己的攤位則不在此限）
- 各參展單位須自行負責因攤上所展售物品引起之法律責任，請自行衡量各自能承擔的相關風險。
- 平台包含視像通話功能，請保持與線下活動同等禮儀，包括基本衣著尺度及言論等。
- 如遇不合作人士，主辦有權將相關人士踢出活動而不會退還入場費或攤位費。
- 參加者遞交的個人資料只會用於與本次活動相關的用途。
- 如有任何疑問請聯絡主辦團隊查詢，所有爭議以原圈最終決定為準。
Online Event Terms and Conditions
- The event platform has been tested and is accessible via Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems. Chrome and Firefox browsers are the most stable.
- Please refer to the Gather Town Exhibitor Guide.
- The organising team will provide two basic table designs. Tables without custom designs submitted by the deadline will be randomly assigned one of these.
- Exhibitors may design and set up their own online tables but are strictly prohibited from using copyrighted images without permission.
- To ensure tables align with the event theme and to encourage publishing, applications are curated and not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritise applicants who publish original, independent, and narrative content.
- Fan works are prohibited from being displayed or sold. The organisers reserve the right to require removal of any inappropriate content.
- Tables may link to third-party websites for content browsing and payment. If content involves 18+ material, the table and website owner is responsible for providing warnings to visitors and verifying age during transactions.
- All financial transactions between tables and customers are private matters between exhibitors and customers. The organisers assume no responsibility.
- Screenshots of tables or avatars displayed in the venue may not be taken or posted online outside of official event hours. (This does not apply to exhibitors taking screenshots to promote their own tables.)
- Each participating organisation is solely responsible for any legal liability arising from items displayed or sold at their table. Please assess the risks you are able to bear.
- The platform includes video call functionality. Please maintain the same etiquette as at offline events, including appropriate dress and speech.
- In cases of uncooperative individuals, the organisers reserve the right to remove such persons from the event without refunding entry or table fees.
- Personal information submitted by participants will only be used for purposes related to this event.
- If you have any questions, please contact the organising team. All disputes will be subject to the final decision of Yun Hyun.
線下市集@南豐紗廠 The Annex

招募攤數：54攤／日（兩日共118攤，參展組織可選擇參與一日或兩日）
＊每個攤位包括2張實體會場門票及1張線上門票
攤位可展示之作品類型： 漫畫／小說／繪本／動畫／zine／劇本／攝影集／故事性桌遊 等
＊不論風格，但必須為原創作品；請勿販售或展示任何二次創作之物品。
＊如申請者為敘事讀物發表者，或於2022年度或之後發表原創新刊，將獲優先接納申請。

*Event dates and venue are subject to change due to inclement weather or government-mandated COVID-19 prevention measures.
Number of Tables: 54 tables per day (118 tables total; exhibitors may participate for one or both days)
*Each table includes two tickets to the offline market and one ticket to the online market.
Types of Work That May Be Displayed: Comics / Novels / Picture books / Animation / Zines / Screenplays / Photography books / Narrative board games, etc.
*Any style is accepted, but all works must be original. Do not sell or display any fan works.
*Applicants who publish narrative works or have published original new publications in or after 2022 will be given priority.

線下攤位活動細則
- 為確保攤位貼合活動主題及鼓勵出版，本活動一貫採用篩選形式，並非先到先得，敬請留意。
- 由於攤位B數量較少，主辦將優先考慮較有需要的申請，未能獲分配的參展單位將自動獲配攤位A。（＊注意：攤位B並非牆壁攤位）
- 因應場內人數限制及保持通道暢順，攤位A及B均限二人在攤位內停留。
- 禁止展示及售賣二次創作作品，如發現不合適的內容主辦有權要求移除，請知悉。
- 如果攤位上有敘事讀物，則可以展售相關周邊，但仍需以讀物為中心作出展示。
- 各參展單位須自行負責因攤上所展售物品引起之法律責任，請自行衡量各自能承擔的相關風險。
如有任何疑問請聯絡主辦查詢，所有爭議以原圈最終決定為準。
Offline Tabling Terms and Conditions
- To ensure tables align with the event theme and to encourage publishing, applications are curated and not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritise applicants who publish original, independent, and narrative content.
- Due to the limited number of Table B spaces, the organisers will prioritise applicants with greater need. Applicants not allocated Table B will automatically be assigned Table A. (*Note: Table B is not a wall table.)
- Due to venue capacity limits and to keep passageways clear, both Table A and Table B are limited to two people per table.
- Fan works are prohibited from being displayed or sold. The organisers reserve the right to require removal of any inappropriate content.
- If your table features narrative publications, related merchandise such as apparel, stickers, and badges may also be sold. However, narrative publications must remain the primary focus of your display.
- Each participating organisation is solely responsible for any legal liability arising from items displayed or sold at their table. Please assess the risks you are able to bear.
